here’s the scoop
I’m 20-something years old and still figuring things out, but one thing I know for sure is that one of the world’s greatest joys is pasta. I eat so much of the stuff that my family has a running joke that my body is made up of 90% Pasta, hence the name of this blog. The fact that I lived in Italy for 5 years makes me a tough critic to please, but I’m open to trying any noodle once.
Other than Italian food – or all food, really – I also love nonfiction writing, being outdoors during the golden hour, any music involving banjos, and playing with random dogs on the street. There is no greater thrill for me than a plane ticket to another country and I firmly believe that the passport is the new diploma.
I’m currently the Marketing Content Specialist (writer/editor) of a Washington, D.C., nonprofit organization. I spend most weekends and weeknights hiking, pretending to be a photographer, reading true crime books, and exploring D.C.’s incredible food scene.
